Can we sue a government hospital that not allowed old sick people to admittance or don't want treat their wound?

Any lawyer (lawyer of liberty) can fight this case?

Just asking incase the GH Hospital won't allowed admittance to a old sick people with wound. At least they could clean the wound for him.

If the do not allowed admittance or treatment, can we sue them?
