I am trying to install this for mum. She currently has Nvidia Shield with mypad4k subscription. It works well but the chinese live channels sometimes goes down. Does anyone know any alternative? Need .APK to install with login.

Why dont you try DIY app player. It not only play m3u it play many other protocol such as p2p mitv rtmp and many other.

I have ben playing with iptv extreme, ott nav ott player and many more.
I dont thing the match any of the chinese developer iptv player.

Those chinese app though from unknown source is not recommended for hp but is definitely much superior in tv box and smart google tv
I started with DIYP a do it yourself iptv like those of ott navigator which play m3u and mac id playlist but the chinese player play txt playlist
eg their txt playlist format

Malaysia,#genre# ( this is to set catergory)

My Astro channel, My URL1 playlist string (which could be m3u, macid=xxxx, p2p. mitv, rtmp and many other protocol )
My Astro channel, My URL2 playlist string
My Astro channel, My URL3 playlist string



The above mean if you have two or more url from different source and one source maybe down the other will take over. So if you have a few source that mean your channels will continue to function with a working channel.

Moreover, they have built in have codec format to play in different playlist.

The problem I’m finding with these solution is that it relies of .m3u live tv stream that is publicly available. The issue is these stream do not buffer well and is mostly congested. I have tried.


I ended up just subscribing to haoHD and using that instead. It seems like the paid solutions are a much better option

dont need so troublesome to set those up... i buy svicloud and use for 1year+ already until now it is still good. but i seldom use their iptv so not sure about the quality, but what i see here there are backup channel. AOD is always smooth with 0 buffer.

2 years is around RM200++ not like it is gonna cost a fortune.

how to setup tbox like in your screenshot?

how is the DIYP iptv? does it match those that come with tv box.
TBox is mostly in chinese, i will do a video how to setup tbox.
Tbox is vod cum iptv and the speed is comparable and it is pro point is it skip channels that is not streaming
unlike diyp it keep spinning until time out. Another pro is it play txt playlist as well and m3u format playlist
and it can insert multiple playlist and the switch is almost immediate.
I will post the video soon how to setup
