I've been hearing a lot about the one meal a day (OMAD) diet lately, and I'm curious to know more about it. I saw that the KKM (Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia) says that losing 2kg to 4kg of weight is normal, but I'm wondering if OMAD is a healthy way to achieve this.
Has anyone here tried OMAD? If so, what were your experiences? Did you lose weight? Did you notice any changes to your health or energy levels?
I'm also interested in knowing if there are any risks associated with OMAD. I've heard that it can lead to muscle loss, nutrient deficiencies, and even eating disorders.
Overall, I'm on the fence about OMAD. I'm curious to know more about it, but I'm also concerned about the potential risks.
I'd love to hear from anyone who has experience with OMAD, or who has any knowledge about its effectiveness or safety.
Thanks in advance!
