I am thinking about buying it since it is a great deal with greenary, low density, close to the airport, fully furnish. While I really want to buy, there are still some things to consider.

Why are there 28 results for the Vue for sale in property guru, which I think it's a lot since the highest floor for each block is 11 and each floor have 12 units only (4 blocks * 11 floor * 12 unit each floor = 528 total unit). They are currently opening block C and the last block is block D.

The golf course is close and no news for future development. Is it good or bad?

There are so many bungalows for sale inside.

Please help me if you know anything about the place so I can consider more. Currently doing my own research also. Let me know if I do miss out
