Hello, I would like to get your advice or feedback on the situation i'm facing.

For work purpose, I am required to connect to a VPN host which is based out in EU. Previously, the connectivity is decent with latency between 210ms - 240ms and traffic is routed to HK-EU. But in the last couple of months (maybe 4-5months), the traffic is routed via JP-US-EU and getting latency around 400+ms. Its going the other way and its really slow!

I'ved logged a case with TM. But just wondering if anyone have a similar experience or have an idea on the whats the reason of the change in route.

Hello,
Usually LAN1 is enabled from the Unifi device (modem?) to the WAN port on the wireless router..

Is it possible to get Unifi Tech to also enable LAN2 on the device? Has anyone done this before or if its even possible.
