All subscribers gets an upgrade to the next tier, 2Gbps subscriber gets a “token of appreciation”

As far as I’m aware, there has no news that any 1Gbps that have gotten the free upgrade to 2Gbps except the person you quoted

I also had the upgrade notification before but disappeared but I will wait and see if my upgrade will ever come (If not just complain to MCMC), 269 per month for 1Gbps is steep and I have the equipment to take advantage of 2Gbps aggregated without relying on combo box

How much do you pay before upgrade and after?

I did asked TM Point.Let say I didn't receive FSU by end of July, what should I do next. The said just email them. But, I don't want t gonna work. Just complain to MCMC instead

upgrade to 300mbps, add another RM10 from current RM129 for netflix, and
RM169 upgrade to 300mbps, 24 month netflix, unifi mobile

But i say already get free upgrade from 100mbps to 300mbps, and i no watch netflix
No idea when TM want change plan name on system from 100 to 300

i ask where is my 1gbps free speed upgrade and they want me to sign new contract. Why do i need to renew just to receive the upgrade?

Killer question. Good question. More than 3 years I never received the telemarketing call from TM.

My plan is still UNIFI 1GBPS - STAYWITHUNIFI 3.0 ULTIMATE MAX (MESH6) but my speed is already 2gbps since April. I'm paying RM380.45 (tax included). Also, since I've gotten 6 months rebate, I'll be like paying RM285.35 for 24 months.

If you see the FSU 2023 FAQ, it does mention about recontract when equipment change is required

So before upgrade also, you pay around 300++??

Currently using Unifi 300mbps @ RM99/month. Offered by telemarketing to maintain Unifi 300mbps @ RM 99/month with free 3 months, change of Combo Wifi 6 router x 1 piece with 24 months contract renewal. Seems they no longer offer ONU/RG even for lower speed packages.

They changed your IP range after escalated to L2 + network team?

I thought your upgrade was something like this 👇. User have been 800M + Ultimate plan. TM upgraded him from 800 do 2Gbps directly. That's why I asked how much you paid before change of plan

For transfer request method, can I do it while still in contract bro ?

They are happy you to go, so you will need to pay them Remaining Month(s) x Monthly Fee due to termination of contract.

Initial 800Mbps (RM253.35) --> took SWU3.0 1Gbps + Ultimate Max (RM380.45 - 6 months rebate).

In April, I received a notification that my line was slow. After the technician came and fix, I've been getting 2gbps since.

With the amount that you are paying, I think it's right to get 2Gbps 😁. Maybe backend team reconfigure your profile to 2Gbps instead of 1 😅😅😅

Is it normal for you all getting "Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network" on google search ? since unifi is using Private IP ?

Not advisable, as we never know if TM may just approve your transfer and charge you penalty for remaining months. But when you are out of contract, there is no penalty hence they will try to offer something to recontract you for 2 years.

Yes that's normal if you are on private IP. Cheapest SWU is rm79 for 100mbps.
