On 24 Sep 2024, received SMS stating modification order is successfully processed when I never requested one.
Called them to clarify if it was a Free Speed Upgrade and they told no. It was normal speed upgrade which automatically renews contract and was raised by sales. Told them never spoke to any sales rep and please cancel it. The CS acknowledge.
Suddenly, on 15 October 2024, received a message stating modification order is successful. Check system, it's shows Unifi Home 1Gbps - Pro Upgrade (239). Called them and asked who processed it but CS have no reply. And , they renewed the contract till 2026.
The worse part, technician never came to the premise to change or provide CPE. But in TM Service Acceptance Form, it is mention differently and also technician sign behalf of customer.
Gonna lodge a report at TM point. If not works, going escalate this to MCMC
Report to TM, best type out a properly worded complain and the details of it and paste in their support chat, ask for report number, then lodge report with MCMC under unfair practice.
I've had their sales rep/distributor tell me one thing, and then do another thing to modify my account for """"upgrade"""" without my agreement, increasing my bill. Took multiple reports and months before reporting to mcmc, took 2 weeks to resolve after I reported to mcmc and got rebate for the months that I had to pay more.
