It is a very costly lesson since that account has been subscribed for 3 months. RM55 x 3 month = RM165. TM has alter the app so that we can easily subscribe netflix with just a click on the remote control. I suspect either one of my kids tekan2 the remote and accidentally subscribe to it. What anger me is that there is no notification through email or sms that an activation through UPB has been made.

Warning to all of the user that have UPB. If you don't use netflix, just disable the apps in the UPB. make sure that the apps no longer appear in the menu/homepage.

i didn't experience this because the 1st thing with every android device is to go through preinstalled apps. disable this, login there. especially i am very very very adverse to ads-supported apps as i don't want those 18+ ads to ever be shown. and i had bad experience similar to yours when colleague of my younger sister easily subscribed to thestar's dimsum app just by viewing it through my digi infinite's hotspot, and it went under radar for some time.

You need to forward HSBB's vlan400 to your ATA (or VoIP device).
Make sure to disable vlan-tagging if your ATA (or VoIP device) cannot outright handle vlan on its own.

I'll help you screenshot of values provided in the ultra ONR's set up for my own VoIP.
Factory-default, as far I know, as the only thing modified were suppoedly the credential and phone number for individual subscriber.

The string for dial-plan is long, i put entirety in the following code block.
And no; i don't know if this is D-Link-specific dial-plan's syntax or can be used with other ATA (or VoIP phone).

based on Anime4000's test that I read before, it sounded like Maxis is very particular of the ATA's (or VoIP device's) identifier string, so high chance to fail if connect random brand and model and version. Don't think TM is particular of it though.

unifi bill is prepay charge for next period.
like ASTRO.

one is for postpaid - previous date until today's bill date
one is for prepay - today's bill date until next bill date
that unifi 100Mbps is refund of unused days, because they had charged you for its usage in your previous bill. you will see date overlap if you compare.

suggestion: write an email to complain of the frequencies the same shit - unplugged) happening, which is maddening because not only this is out of your control and it is causing losses to both sides; your time and money to call and attend, and their time money and manpower as well. insert complaints of mismanagement on their side since it's obvious they don't properly label where they insert their cable, that the same thing kept repeating. also complain about the 100 charges on landline, but back up with bill's screenshot of such allegation.

One touted feature "UNLIKE UNIFI" is 2.5Gbps "ONU".

non-ultra [ONU + router] = ultra [ONR all-in-one]

you can configure ONR mode for [SIP+router], [ONU+SIP], or [ONU].

but TM topkek give ONR that split incoming fibre bandwidth into 4x1Gbps LAN ports. Not even a single 2.5Gbps port, and all the ports does not support any aggregation protocol, so you can't merge their throughput as one.

somebody complained about getting charged for Netflix access before. Apparently it was auto-subscribed accidentally through UPB. was that you or someone else.

if it wasn't you, maybe check Netflix app in UPB - if you have one.
