No, in fact existing customer also got promo under SWU. There is only 2 possibility:
1. Tmpoint person who in charge of your case mess up by giving you the RM209 instead of promo plan.
2. You indeed downgrade to the RM209plan instead of SWU promo plan which is cheaper. SWU plan is internet only, no TV.

Yeah, I want internet only. The TV was from old plan, which somehow still associated with my account.

The price is about right with TV plan included. Looks like you have to visit Tmpoint to ask for SWU plan, but given your contract just renewed last year it is hard to change plan.
Can still try though if you have the time.

That means your plan did not come with those freebies or you did not activate it at all. Mine is 300mbps w/Ultimate Pack. I paid my bill late so it got deactivated and I reactivated it manually.

Can, just gotta put 1 calendar month. I opened mine on 30/12, put for whole of Jan and withdrew 25/2. The RM388 credited 15/3. 76 days after opening the account. If you read the TnC, it says within 90 days.



Most important is the referral ID, UNIFI. Don't forget to put that. There's also identical(?) promo for CELCOMDIGI but I don't have the link for its page.

Everything do on app, open acc, KYC, FPX to bank-in, no need to go UOB whose branches are few and far between.
