What price they offer you when they ask u to renew to 2GB?
Actually I wanna swap the line between my house and my father house, the current 800Mbps which under my account is install at my father house. Currently using 300Mbps under my wife name.

I thought waiting them upgrade when only apply for transfer location. Think I may need go TM to do transfer at the same time complaint about free upgrading.

My free upgrade until today ding dong didn't receive. Planned to port out to maxis with better offer.

TL;DR: unifi Technician GPON ONU New Replacement Power Adapter was Different Model and Same Voltage with Different Lower Amperage

Yesterday after Power Outage and Back On, unifi FiberHome GPON ONU AN5506-04-BG 12V = 1.5A AN5506-04-B5G(E1) since 2017 December couldnt power back on at all, every other electrical appliance was still working well, try to contact TM via few method, 100 was the fastest to respond and record the detail, unifi easyfix could only report issue without record the detail, on-site appointment schedule was next day before 24 hour, unifi Technician arrive at schedule time, they didnt get the report detail, explain to them again, they just get a New Replacement Power Adapter from their vehicle and the unifi FiberHome GPON ONU work again without any issue including full correct speedtest with correct ping latency, however their New Replacement Power Adapter was Different Model and Same Voltage with Different Lower Amperage, is there any issues in the long run? thx in adv.

At this moment, is TM only giving the Dlink black box (with 2.5G port) for 1gbps above plans, or are they still giving out the white box (with 1G port) depending on luck/availability?

My bro has got his speed upgrade from 300 to 500mbps last year, todei he received another free upgrade to 500mbps... really?? I just got 1 time upgrade tho

I followed soonwai's idea and livechat TM on 2nd August. Got a call on 5th Aug and the agent read out the T&C for upgrade and I agreed on the phone. But after that nothing yet.. no order created and no appointment set yet, I guess need to wait a few more days and see.

Today TM came and replace new combo box tested using LAN only able to achieve 940Mbps

What happened to the free upgrade , 800mbps to 1gbps? Been waiting since last year and I don't see it anymore in the dashboard. Anyone else got this?

My contract expired abt 6 mths ago. No call from TM  to renew whatsoever. Then I remembered Gov last year announced free upgrade for all unifi users. . Mine is 800mbps pure internet & to be upgraded to 1000mbps but Nothing! Went end of last month to check at TM. Was told free upgrade will be given. If renew contract at existing 800, monthly pricing will reduce somewhat & free 3 months cause of Merdeka Celebration August month. But I want the free upgrade to 1000mbps  as promised by Gov. Was then upgraded to 1000 with no change in monthly pricing. I renewed the contract  & was given anorhrr extra 3 months for a total of 6 months free. 6 months free can save around RM1000.

Btw I am a loyal subscriber since TM started their Internet services in 1995. Before that was with Jaring.
