Not all is the same process. Im on early stage, approval whether im able to take mixue franchise or not. There are certain criterias i have to meet.

Mixue quoted me almost 150k for everythg from mixue. Reno for 1000sqf in penang for shop usually 100-150k for mixue design. Your friend shop is a small area inside mall i think? Not really a shop.

Normal shoplot is around 700-1000 sqf.
Anyway mixue costing is almost 150k, regardless of how big your location is. So your flen tipu. Or u tipu.

U dun listen to him. He lying or his friend lying. He said the shop open few weeks ago. The info i get direct from mixue, everythg from mixue already almost 150k. Not yet include shop renovation which is not cheap.
Want the truth, get it from the source which is mixue. Not some kelentong story.

Lotus egate is just not so good to me. Risky location as mixue requires high volumn and its not really a place for people to hang out.
