Just the ROI kiosk rental for the location are matters.

Aeon BM indeed very good biz. I was too late in requiring that location.

For me not really. Not many teenagers or kids. Also i wan find place where more people come to chill.

AEON in KL my area, neighborhood mall good.
they place it in a way its the at the edge of food court, near the cashier of AEON supermarket, near exit.
that place is essentially the best placement for any scenario.

finish shopping can buy, go foodcourt, can buy to drink with food, before leaving, can buy.

i noticed 90% of the food court patron buy from mixue, totally owned the beverage scene even better than the official beverage stall in the foodcourt.

that is even before i know the legendary iced lemon and its price. no wonder captured so much of the market.
i have yet to try the iced lemon but the ice cream is just meh.

Cause it's cheaper compare to other bubble tea shop. Even mcd ice cream can't fight their price

i am now true believer of mixue nice ice cream and drink the best of all price cheap compare to other well done.

I was around MIXUE Mount Austin today, very hot commercial area, but wrong facing ended up nobody at all.
Guess the facing in commercial area are very important as well.
