For tires, what is the Kpa or PSi u all mostly pump into ur typres. As i got my new car, I checked my tires psi.. wow i got a shock.. 260KPa.. but actually i see the spec is 220 only
then i look at my tires is ok o..  so wat is ther best measurement for our myvi tires so tha twe can reduce our FC and take care our tires..
*
Spec says 220 when cold. After running around it will increase in pressure. I normally pump 240-250 when hot so it is close to spec when cold. Reduce FC = the harder the better (220 to 250). Of course sacrifice comfort abit, but cornering is not so sloppy

Guys, a few newbie questions to ask.

1. If the car is in Neutral (AT) and I hard brake, will the ABS still kick in?

2. How can I switch off the alarm if I open the car with my key, if my remote battery is dead?

3. Myvi SE got how many horsepower?
*
1. Yes
2. Read the manual - i think u can press a disable alarm button under dashboard or something
3. check p2 website - i think 87

anyways, we all free to use any oil.

u stick to urs, i stick to mine.

SL or SM already overkill for the engine already.

eh. sorry for my bad english ah. sweat.gif erm.. what i mean is like this, because of my old kelisa, the battery cap is usually can be open by turning it by hand and pour the battery water inside but the myvi battery cap is different and it seems want to use screwdriver to open it and it cannot be open using hand right?
*
Use 20c to open. Do not drop the caps into engine bay as the caps are black for stock battery and are a real headache to find. The space underneath the car can ngam ngam clear ur nose if car is not lowered.

my 15k service is done in P2 authorised centre the AUTOCRAFT at behind Cambell soup factory. this is recommended by fren who saying this centre is very reliable.

previously i was like u, wanted to outside services, but since our car still new, why dun we just take advantage of the warranty...

while changing better oil or better parts wont do much different on our 1.3 Economic car.

unless your car have been heavliy modded lol... then no point going back.

just my 2cents
*
My 2 cents, how much can u save on the servicing anyway? P2 oil also not that expensive compared to outside. Labour rm30 for basic service i think is quite ok lah considering that u can ask them to do minor minor things along as well. As long as u keep ur services as basic as possible and no crap (battery water, windscreen wash, batt terminal protector) its quite cheap wat. The brake discs and calipers' value that I claimed i think exceeds the labour fees too smile.gif
