why grew up in singapore but don't know how to speak malay?
Singapore also got malay and speak malay there what..
some more, at least know some basic malay words to communicate with government bodies staff la..
don't mempersiasuikan us please... stay in malaysia for some time yet can't speak basic malay..

you think they all know to speak english meh?
if they are so fluent in english, our gov won't have crappy ministers la..
