use the google translate app next time and type what you want to say, it can even say it out loud for you, and also just forge an oku card (for mute people) and show it to them, no need to even open mouth.

maybe even can jump queue and get faster service, do for all your Malaysian family, I assume most/all cannot speak the national language.
