some pipul prefer to go cinis saloon since they are more versatile and able to cut beyond generic hairstyle the malay barber can offer, like korean style, japanese, curls etc.
some of them could, but you wouldn't gamble on it.

malay saloon/barbers are very good at what they're doing though if you're into simple or iraninan style hairdo.
