Around my home, in Sri Petaling, I really cannot think of 1 Malay style hair shop.

actually there a plenty of malay barbershop...but like /k/ mentioned, most of it T20 price...

if normal cut usualy rm15, theirs would be around 20-25...but shop very nice, their skill quite good, cut also smooth etc
