Damn ice cream potong can get 20m revenue. Really unexpected since not in the industry

If it is establish product and brand, it can sell well.
More interesting is the product gross profit margin can reach ~about 36%.
Consider very good for food product category.

Ice cream is just water, sugar and milk. Highly profitable.

Highly perishable goods always have better margin. In return they need to manage their stock better to prevent high write offs

Vertical line integration. Should be cheaper cost but looking at their corporate, 10 sen up would generate more revenue and margin.

Assuming they selling it at RM2 each, they need to sell 55k potong everyday.

I'm surprised I see electronics industry revenue so big but gross profit so little. I'm like... wtf.. what if something screw up then it means loss a lot? Example if u sell something for rm1 and u untung only 5 sen. If that rm1 thing u screw it up like a bad batch, then it means u rugi 95 sen and have to sell so many more to get back that rugi money.

electronics industry really harsh with low profit margin but once you built a good reputation, the volumn will make up the profit number.

Once my japanese technical advisor caution me about this electronic industry, the costing have to be done very carefully. He told me one of jap company in Japan miscalculate the cost thus causing them lost 1cent per component. Look small value, but suddenly they received big order in millions of quantities, thus end up guling tikar.

Never step into 99speedmart?

No need mark, will increase but they will have better margin due the integration or corporate wording, synergize.

most cheap ice cream don't have or use very little milk, mostly replaced by cheap plant based creamer.
