im a user of this phone too...never given any problems until 2day...when i lock my phone,the colour of the screen turns a little bit green n has lines over the words...then sometimes for no apparent reason the screen turns white n to restore it i need to turn out the battery...some ppl say i need to change the lcd...how much is the price for changing the lcd?n if tht is not the solution...then wat is?could u guys help me??plzzz...

maybe it cause by the ribbon..ur LCD still fine other than that prob on certain time rite? white screen maybe can be settle by update the firmware

ok...thanx 4 the tip...this phone is quite good..after 1 n a half year only the ribbon needs repairing...unlike nokia phones which doesn't last a year....

...ok sorry...juz that my friends n i hav bad experiences wif some Nokia slide phones...maybe it was a case of bad luck...but SE W850i rule!!!!
