hello guys, im new here.

Just bought w820i last saturday. Now i have some problem here. for the 1st time , i charged my phone around 8-9 hours. then after that i checked at the battery status it still 0% , then i tried to charge again.. but the blinking charging stop after 10-15 minute. so i send it to warranty yesterday and they changed with new battery. I went back home and charged it again.. the same problem happened again. Its AP set.

this time should i ask for 1to1 ?

this is my new phone after using 3310 for many years, still noob.

hello guys,

wanna ask when I turned on my phone im faced with the message "Warning! All content on Memory Stick will be lost" format awyway?. I choose the option yes, then the memory stick back to normal. But after transfered a new file into the memory stick using Disc2Phone software, and i turned on my handphone the warning massage appear again. did my MS broken ?
