Only ultra fast HDD can take advantage of this interface, which sadly are usually too expensive for home usage. Servers maybe can benefit, but definately not home users. Heck, it might take even 20 more years before regulare desktop users will be able to afford HDD that will not bottleneck SATA II, let alone SATA III
