Hi, looking to replace my aging Michelin primacy 3 st tires with annother set of comfort tires and one shop recommended the pirellis saying it is very comfortable and quiet with very good traction. I’m not very familiar with this brand’s performance hence looking to see if anyone can vouch for the shop’s claims. I also tried looking for online reviews but haven’t found much.

My other option is to go with Michelin primacy 4 st which costs about rm30 more each. Any thoughts you guys can share ?

Do you die die must Michelin or Pirelli? Hankook VP4 also better then Primacy 4 some more at a lower cost.

Nowadays Michelin really too expensive to justify

Not necessarily have to be these 2 brands. I’m open to suggestions as well. How much cheaper are these hankooks you mentioned?

Just ask tire shop to quote and do comparison, confirmlan cheaper than the overprice Michelin.

Is BS T005 is good/recommended?

T005 is similar performance as Primacy 4, BTW local Asian model does got different like T005a & T005b so dont expect same results like those in reviews.
In Europe, this model already replaced by T6 since 2021...
