Based on my spine conditions (got senget here and there), they advised me follow up treatment as below:

1. Twice a week for 3 months.
2. Once a week for 3 months.
3. Twice a month for 6 months.

Total visit 48 days for a full year. RM150/ visit. Does this sound reasonable?

If such problem can be resolved by just twist here twist there, doctors would be jobless already since long time ago.

Scam, go for licensed certified physiotherapy

I think he is honest. Like things can be fixed by stretching, he just give advise and not need to come for follow up.

This is temporary solution to relieve your body aches and pain. It will be come back after awhile.

I ask a friend who is a doctor, what he thinks of chiropractor.

He say this is basically "ang moh accupuncture". Aka not backed by science.
