bro, what do u think abt Pioneer middle range player like 4950, 6950 SQ compare to Eclipse? i like pioneer because its design damn cool and many function, and i heard everywhere say pioneer player good can last long, but will its SQ sucks?

something i don't understand about the alpine amp and kicker subwoofer also. when i study the spec for Alpine MRV-F345, it state 75 watts RMS x 4 at 4 ohms (150 watts RMS x 4 at 2 ohms) and 300 watts RMS x 1 (channels 3/4 only) in bridged mode. meaning that the amp maximum power it can provide is 300watt, any sub request more than 300 will overload the amp right? but when i check on Kicker CVR spec (CVR12, CVR10) it state RMS 400watt. i am worry the amp able to drive the sub or not

hmm... actually you are right on the power theoritically... but it will jus work fine making the sub dance... although i do like having more power than rated... my apology for intro the wrong setup...

anyway the DLS is jus 250w rms to 300w rms needed... if you are afraid not enough power... then DLS will be the choice...

SQ... eclipse wins hands down... but for function... yea pioneer has more... Pros and Cons... but i think pioneer's HU SQ is not bad... but dunno the lower range... i still have my 5750 around because the SQ is good to me...

yea... especially the foose designed amps... haha... A lot of super good review on them too so far i've heard...

new setup in a week or so but undecided on the amps for mid and mid-bass driver... hopefully could finish them during my 2 weeks holiday... haha...

sorry bro, something happen to me. now i have to cut down budget by half, meaning that RM1500 want to include 6.5" component set, 12" sub, amp for component and sub, at least have acceptable SQ and not cheap capalang brand is it posible? now thinking to get pegasus or ameron or sound stream. any cheap and good SQ entry level stuff recommend me(comp, sub, amp)?

For budget RM1.5k, I can say you only can get so so item only.
only you go step by step. or look for 2nd hand.

try icehifi.com, mycarhifi.com and gr8tunes.net buy sell section... there are a lot of second hand great stuff lying around...

if you are going on step by step basis... jus an advise... plan your system at the very beginning... dun take a 1000W rms @ 4ohm monoblock and later dun hav the budget for a similar power subwoofer... or having a Micro Precision Series 7 powered by a jalan pasar 2 channel...
