can i just buy a new prepaid sim and buy a roaming pass to use oversea with 5g roaming without any local plan?

for 14day pass just rm98 for austria, germany, italy and singapore.
for a 3gb/day sim card will be much more expensive on lzd/shopee. and their speed and ping is unknown. |
