I am experiencing the same exact issue! But I am from PJ (around Sek 13 area).

I already reported to Digi this morning. It's been a week that I am getting 5G which is SLOWER than the 4G!

How slow you may ask? It's now less than 10mbps!!!
Do you know the best route to report this to MCMC?

I have a feeling that Digi will NOT take action because it only happens to certain areas. Worst case, I will switch to Maxis just for them to lose a loyal customer.

Surprisingly, Digi addressed my complaint and now the speed is back to the usual 200-300mbps which is what I am expecting from my CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 120.
