It will have 3 days validity. However, the free credit will credit to MyDigi after 2 days of topup.

My plan auto renew Monday 0000AM. Used the RM20 free credit.

Better you topup when your auto renew plan shows 3 days to expire.

I’m on Prepaid 5G Kuning (A02) in old App. Already on auto renew (renewed the RM39 plan yesterday), so I did not received the free 24GB hotspot like usual since I think last month I received SMS it is going to end.

But now I managed to login to new app. The same RM39 which I am currently using have the free 24GB hotspot. Do I need to change plan or what before next renewal?

I think one of the benefits of the new app is I can view all my number which has been very much an issue previously.

Last time, I need to use 2 login details since one of my number is attached to another email which I don’t know how that happens in my registration 3 years ago. I thought Digi will link all numbers using our IC. But that is not the case.


But now with the new app, with the eKYC I would be able to view all my numbers inside the app in one login. This also includes the number attached to my other email.
