QUOTE(lolabunny123 @ Oct 7 2025, 11:40 AM) No issues when on iOS. Interesting that it says CelcomDigi on the Speedtest. Mine still shows as Digi (using CD40 SE). Which plan are you on? Yes , dont happen on my iphone & ipad , but it do bring problem for android user.Problem solved , its celcomdigi new feature to the Android user. QUOTE This is due to Facebook updates that is still new to all telcos. The difference between Facebook Data Mode and Basic Mode (sometimes referred to as "Free Mode") primarily revolves around how much content is accessible and whether mobile data is used: Facebook Basic Mode (Free Mode) No data charges: This mode is now offered to Digi customers, allowing users to access Facebook without using their mobile data. Limited content: Customer can view text posts, comment, like, and interact with basic features, but photos and videos are not visible. Purpose: Designed for users with limited data plans. Facebook Data Mode Uses mobile data: This mode provides the full Facebook experience, including access to photos, videos, stories, and other media-rich content. Full functionality: Customer can watch videos, view images, and use all features of the Facebook app. By using data mode, Facebook will utilize customer’s data balance from existing data plan/subscription. If the customer doesn’t have a data plan, the customer can buy our One Time Plan by clicking Buy Data on the top right corner. This the message from celcomdigi live chat agent reply , and finally i found some tutorial on facebook how to Option Out from this program , and now my fb and messenger running normal I'm on Celcom 5G SE 40 plan.
