if SMS "UPDATE" to the shortcode also no response anything should be celcom problem ?
Recently I port from umobile to celcom, but already 3 weeks cannot receive OTP/TAC from bank. I call CelcomDigi many times and submit ticket, they keep say is bank problem. I contact bank, bank said their system show OTP been sent out. ask me try SMS "UPDATE" to 66300 to update telco, but after I send SMS there total no response. I use my secondary line which is unifi telco, it able to get response immediately.
