The new app is the worst of all. So much bugs & issues compared to standalone Digi or Celcom ones.

Whoever are the developers should be sacked

currently i am postpaid lagacy plan postpaid 40 (30 GB) and subline family 20(10GB), with no speed cap not like latest postpaid plan

but i able to share to subline 10GB currently monthly total RM40 + RM20 + sst tax


at first i am thinking if possible to convert both postpaid line to prepaid as now prepaid have plan Prepaid 5G Hyper 30 RM30 50GB ,

at the end i still pay same amount RM60 (save on sst few RM)_, but both line get 50GB which much larger quota with no speed capped, am i understand correctly?

then when i go DC center to ask , yes the cs said i able to convert both to prepaid , but the plan Prepaid 5G Hyper 30 that i wish to subscribe not 100% gerantee will appear in selection for me to after convert to prepaid, if not appear mean i might only able to take other plan(which she also unsure what will appear) . i worry if i cant get Prepaid 5G Hyper 30, then no way i back to my old postpaid 40+20. is that true , any one have done before ? any advise?

The old apps slowly less content, especially add on section as they said completely close on 31st march 2026 for my digi and celcom life

Never use new celcomdigi apps yet, so lazy to setup at the moment, but will do it at the end of march 2026

Consolidation after merger, so that in future they can have 1 system instead of Celcom and Digi. But the app developer really did a bad job.

Yea I've heard how bad it is.. One of the reason why still using the old one celcom life and mydigi.. Soon no choice for most of us 😻

They should get an experienced and reputable developer to develop their apps, but it will cost them a lot

Yes, let's hope there is a major improvement to the celcomdigi app soon, but i don't put any high hope on it 😅😻

Most of malaysian made apps are like that, im not saying we don't have a good developer but some organisations love to hire a newbie developer to develop their apps due to save some cost

Not only celcomdigi apps need to be improve but the network too, my first tought during their merge surely will be one of the best, but meehhh not so much improvement, for celcom at my place 5G only for certain places others still on 4G, meanwhile at my place digi 5G for most places.. I wonder why they still like 2 different telco but under one roof, should be the same in terms of performance etc

On my iphone 16 pro max used celcom prepaid nano sim and digi prepaid e sim, meanwhile on my honor90 5g used umobile nano sim, im shocked that umobile seems better and the 5G lightning fast 😻⚡😻

any one ever convert digi postpaid to prepaid recently?

i've been struggling to purchase roaming in the App
keep mentioning subscription failed.
their customer service is bad...

celcom itself the network is not good liao. i never use them as i know not good

Bought the celcom prepaid due to the vip number and also tought it would be better then digi itself, but it seems digi slightly better since my old number was digi prepaid.. Digi 5G much faster then Celcom 5G

But lately thinking to convert my celcom prepaid to umobile prepaid, but some people said can convert it via online, will see how it goes later 😉😻
