I am currently on 5G25-30GB, only used for 1 month.
Expired on 28August with balance of rm5 only so not autorenewed.
Why cant i unsubscribe it at MY SETTING?
Thinking of replacing it with a better BOS offer, 5G25-40GB with 6months rm10 rebate.

can't unsub when there's a auto renew plan in grace period.
if I remembered correctly, what i did was to purchase 1 day validity or top up rm5 and proceed to unsubscribe first before topping up to rm25.

Digi is getting creepy nowadays πŸ™Š

Where do you get 1 day validity if already locked out? Is it the one-time pass for RM3? That one says 1 day for 3gb but I'm not sure if it extend validity and can make calls again or not

So happy that I can get 5G on my old Xpax number. Subscribed to 4-day 3TB Gemilang package, RM 8. Put it in my 5G router and it's just lovely for this long weekend usage since I'm going back to my hometown which does not have broadband in that house.

Oh wow, that's bad. I don't have issues with everywhere I go, always with 5G and sometimes 4G. No signal rarely happens. blink.gif

Anyone on iOS 26 Beta with Digi Physical SIM and Carrier Version 65.0?
Seems like now you can directly transfer Physical SIM to eSIM via iPhone Settings instead of CelcomDigi websites

Is this a known issue with Celcom (as in your SIM card is Celcom's SIM)?

Scenario: -

Whenever the connection transitions from wifi (connected with VoWifi) to cellular, the cellular connection will not automatically connect with VoLTE (although already on 4G). Calls in and out will drop to 2G. Need to airplane mode on and off then will connect with VoLTE.

Tried with Samsung S25U and Google Pixel 10 Pro XL. Same results.

Update: Also tested with CMF Phone 2 Pro. Same results...
