Using MyDigi app: -» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Using CelcomDigi app (same Digi subscription as above): - » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Using CelcomDigi app (on CD Biru NX25): - » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « So the wordings are different but clear enough it appears. confusecius and dgboy liked this post

QUOTE(svchia78 @ Aug 18 2025, 02:56 PM) The name of the subscription ends with autorenew. I think its reasonable to assume that what is being unsubscribed immediately is the automatic renewal of the service rather than the service itself. The last NX25 is clearer because it states can still enjoy till expiry date. So it seems only Kuning/Digi will immediately cut access to what you've ALREADY paid for (which to me seems unreasonable, I've not see any prepaid provider do that before). |

QUOTE(svchia78 @ Aug 19 2025, 10:26 AM) Had always been like that for pre-merger Digi even during NEXT era without autorenew function. Turn off meant immediate termination and forfeiture. Customer unfriendly. But I suppose once customer knows then is okay. They promised 24 hours, was not done by yesterday. Today morning I contact their chatbot, it says "resolved", so I open my MCMC aduan page and start putting in the complaint. Then I login to mydigi app and see the refund is done already. I think I will still put in complaint that they should not cancel a paid-for subscription no matter what. EDIT: Submitted the complaint. See what MCMC does. The chatbot has connected me with a live agent who is... not responding to anything. This post has been edited by LostAndFound: Aug 19 2025, 10:46 AM |

Got this sms today, guess they are removing 2.5gb/week data from LIVE prepaid plan. Dear customer, your LiVE freebies will remain available until 30-Sept. You can continue enjoying them until then. Discover more great deals in the MyDigi app. Jhs liked this post

Are celcom and digi still using two seperated network? Or they are actually sharing their network now?

So it is still area dependent Nicknamed666 liked this post

Hi Sifus. I'm currently using CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 60 SE, paying RM42.4 monthly, including SST.
So now I want to downgrade and change to prepaid. I'm looking at Celcom 5G NX 25. My question is, can I just do the switch from Postpaid to Prepaid without porting out to other Telco? |

It seems like the monthly pass for the Kuning plan had a slight description change. It no longer says "Always active" meaning if you had a lot of money left in there and only using the RM25 plan you're not going to be able to use it up... did anyone face any issues with getting line barred? My validity not yet up so not sure but I just noticed the description change. It might have happened some time back

Yes... me also face the same thing.
Some more recently ask me to switch to new plan.... because I am using Digi family plan, which main line can share data to subline... upgrade lah konon... then mentioned some more subline receive the same benefit (share line).... As user, off couurse la you happy when you have unlimited data and can share it with your family (subline).... But later... my family said line become slow... after 10 days need to top up data... Huh.. Go to Celcom-Digi... complaint I was mislead by sale... deny, ask to listen to the conversation... deny... WTF.... So for sure after this will switch line to others... (cause I still jave my Iphone contract)... T |
