Anyone else experienced this?
Network showing up as MyMAXIS instead of Celcom and it's on GPRS. Basically, no data on the Celcom line. I can't select MyCelcom (can't connect) or MyCelcomDigi (says roaming and no data).

Try reset network setting

I'm new here!! in this thread!

Want to know how's One Ultra/Pro package? so far anything that i need to be aware before porting over?

I'm currently using Digi as main and for my family, and using Unifi Fibre. Monthly commitment around 209 pre tax, and haven include some random calls charges that i made throughout the month (which is vary but not so much)

Seeing One Ultra offer Rm260 for 3 lines + Fibre and discount on devices.. make me wanna jump over.

But now wanna seek advice here

Domestic Roaming is applicable to the 2G network only. This could be the reason data is "broken" in a way...

I think one of the benefits of the new app is I can view all my number which has been very much an issue previously.

Last time, I need to use 2 login details since one of my number is attached to another email which I don’t know how that happens in my registration 3 years ago. I thought Digi will link all numbers using our IC. But that is not the case.

But now with the new app, with the eKYC I would be able to view all my numbers inside the app in one login. This also includes the number attached to my other email.

The rm3 plan is not a fixed feature, only randomly available in BOS.

First month after MNP, the RM29 autorenew plan was okay. Wanted to switch to the NX25 plan, but made the mistake of reloading RM30 first and triggering the autorenew.

Nevermind, why not just turn off autorenew in the app and then wait for next month and purchase? Turns out turning that off also cancels the RM29 plan immediately... got stuck without fast internet outside the house (well, got backup lines for this reason).

Have to call customer service, 14-24 hours to resolve (either refund or reinstate). Don't know why anyone would cancel a plan which still has days to run.... seems user hostile to me.

You should have filed a online complaint with MCMC. Takes maybe 15 to 20 mins at most. Guaranteed the telco will reply within 24 to 36 hours and refund you as they need to "close" the case in MCMC portal.

Hmmm let me look at that now.

EDIT: Their step 1 is 'complain to telco' which is what I've done. Since 24 hours is almost done I will wait, if no response then complain to MCMC.

They did warn you that turning off auto-renewal will immediately terminate the pass, no?
