I am currently on 5G25-30GB, only used for 1 month.
Expired on 28August with balance of rm5 only so not autorenewed. Why cant i unsubscribe it at MY SETTING? Thinking of replacing it with a better BOS offer, 5G25-40GB with 6months rm10 rebate.  This post has been edited by MGM: Sep 3 2025, 06:19 AM |

In my Digi Prepaid NEXT account there r 2 Free Internet credits:
a) rm1 balance expiring in 12 days time b) rm15 balance expiring in 27 days time. IF I am to purchase a rm1/day unlimited data BOS offer, which balance would be deducted? |
