Hi All,

I keep getting 'invalid bank account' error for my DLSM. I have checked with Etiqa twice and they told me my bank details were correct. Their customer service told me this error occurs because they have not processed my rebate. I dont think this makes sense.

It has been 7 days since my submission and I have not received anything from them. Anyone experience similar situation?
