I believe most major brands and even china brand also got, just need to special order.

People are running away from run flat tyres but you are looking for them. As far as I know, they ride like shit. Anyway, your money whichever way you want to spend is your pasal.

Modern runflats are fine, no longer harsh as before. Check out Pirelli P zero or Michelin ZP ranges.

Personally don't waste money on run flats, normal tires are better in term of comfort, treadwear & value and nowadays most modern rides got tire air pressure reader.

if your car doesnt come with spare tyre, runflat should be an option. Otherwise after you use the tyre sealant, tyre shop will tell you have to change tyre as they find cleaning up the sealant to repair puncture is too difficult
