Hi, I have bought a sigma used sigma 18-35mm f1.8 canon mount around ~RM1700-1800 2-3 years back. Now I’m planning to resell it. How much is a reasonable price to resell it?

The lens usability is still fine, but the cosmetics looks old where the rubber has white stain/dirt, the wording is fading, some surface scratches on the lens


I have read some mention 20-30% off what you bought, but i am not sure if it applies to older lens conditions.
When i bought it at that price the condition was also quite used already.

Yes but the used lenses selling in market are all quite new condition. I am wondering if cosmetics affect the prices much. Cuz the lens should be around 5-6 year old already. There are buyers asking for prices rm1k or lower, i wonder if the price depletes that much for an old lens
