Hi All,
If I already tender and start serving notice period. Since I have many leaves, so basically started on leaves till the end of payroll from the current company.
During this leaves period, If I start work in other company (not competitor) during notice period/leaves, is this considered acceptable?
Also, during this period, current and new company will give payroll to me including PCB deduction and EPF. any concern or things to be noted?

No problem can work in another company, i served my 3 month notice period clearing 90 days of leave i had, 2nd week join new company d. Basically got pay from both company with EPF and Tax deduction. Even complete notice period previous company paid my balance 43 days leave.

Some company will denied you leave and pay you for your leave.

THanks @klganes, it reliefs my worries. Just hope the current company not making any noise or cancel my leaves. Even they pay me the leaves back but I will start already in the new company.

Ya my current company wants me to take leaves while serving notice period and not cash out...so that they might call me back if needed during this period depends on workloads....

usually, you need to discuss with HR and Manager
once manager okay to deduct your leaves, HR will make an official to say when is your last day in the current company

In which, you will be worry free to work on new place
