Dunno about you, but I carry my trash with me until I find one. Not like I'm cleaning after dog poop, usualy just food wrappings and the likes, they're not 'dirty'.

First day in malaysia? Even they provide it there will be thrash stacks upon thrash and everywhere around the bin

We are talking about a crowd. Even throwing rubbish must be made convenient for them. Unfortunately our civic consciousness is far from our neighbours (and I am not only referring to Spore alone). Even in well organised eateries like Ikea restaurant you get this backward behaviour. Having multiple trash bins along the queue is necessary although it seems like putting training wheels on your baby stroller.
