Position: Sales Representative
Location: Klang Valley

Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative at Starfruit, you will:
1. Business Development: Identify and approach potential clients, including condominiums, offices, restaurants, hotels, and other businesses, to introduce them to the Starfruit platform.
2. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the variety and quality of fruits and vegetables available on the Starfruit platform. Educate clients on the benefits of sourcing through Starfruit.
4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for business growth.
6. Customer Support: Work collaboratively with the customer support team to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:
1. Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the food or agriculture industry.
2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and articulate the value proposition of Starfruit.
3. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new business opportunities.
4. Negotiation Skills: Adept at negotiating and closing deals to achieve revenue goals.
5. Passion for Agriculture: Genuine interest in supporting farmers and promoting sustainable agriculture practices.
6. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using technology and learning new tools to navigate the Starfruit platform.
