If im not wrong. In terms of instant termination, that guy can go to KSM to file a counter claim on the company.

1) based on press release, the company admit they didnt do check.

2) sounds like no training was provided and was penalized immediately.

3) being fired based on public preassure.

But again , if he was in probation period. Maybe cant do anything .

Also , the restaurant is not halal. Just muslim friendly according to the triggered person.
