So if this is a Non Compliance (NC) to the Halal Cert ISO, then all that is needed is to open a NC ticket & prove that it has been taken care of.

There is no need to fire an employee for NC. Imagine if all ISO certified companies fire employee who did a NC, they'll be forever looking for new employees.
