My mother's Panasonic front load washer is giving out this error now in every wash. I'm sure it's not due to the cloth load coz it happens during each wash, doesn't matter low or hi load. And it only happens during the final spin dry cycle during high rpm, where I can feel that something is wrong with the machine due to some noise and high vibration.

So just wondering if anyone repairs this before? And if it's worth to do so? If it's too expensive like above RM500 then I would rather buy a new washer.

Thanks in advance

During the wash cycle, it can drain the water. Only happen in the last 20 minutes of the wash cycle which I think during the spinning dry time. hmm.gif hmm.gif

ya initially thought that it's due to the load unbalance. But already tried with different loads it's still the same. Washed the same load on my machine then no problem. So should be the issue with the machine

lately my Panasonic front load started to show this similar issues (vibrate). I guess mine is due to change its absorbers , etc etc.

how did you engage with the panasonic SC? call them up and they send technicians to your home?

Yup, call up Panasonic and they will arrange nearest guy to service it. How old is this machine?

Our previous Panasonic FL required new absorber at 8 years

Front load WM got 2 springs above and 2 dampers below. My Beko WM is 10 years old and shakes like crazy sometimes. I opened up and looked at the dampers, both are leaking oil. Since the machine quite old and rusty due to leak from door seal, I decided to buy a new one. Not worth to replace the dampers, door seal and outer body.

Depends really, Our Panasonic was in pretty good condition exterior wise. We replaced the absorbers etc and eventually I sold it off before replacing with another Front Load machine due to other factors which I did not like about the Panasonic machine.

yeah when there's a leak I should have acted on it quickly, due to nature of the soap water. Rust is never good for a machine.
