What I'm trying to convey here is , why give the monopoly of real estate services to one profession? This practice is not found anywhere in the developed international real estate market. (sure?)
Let's look at the big picture here guys.
Many developed country divide up the services to make the professionals more competitive. This is how you grow a real estate market. (Our real estate market is growing so fast, so many estate agents in the market as you know)
I remember Speedhome were trying to bring "buy & sell" services to the market via their Speed runner services. They also tried to implement online eSPA.
Board of Valuers sue them and won.

Weirdly, why speedhome's issue have to do with valuers with 3 licences...

"buy & sell" services is under REA..
Me and my estate agent friend (an REA) talked about the speedhome's issue before...ask them to get the REA license will do..or we laughed off that they should approach my friend (the REA) who also likes speedhome's concept
