I have already years did not log out & log in Waze for I was using the same Android Phone. Lately, I get a new Android Phone & excitingly to use Waze. Yes, username I still remember & it also shown on the old phone.

Issue:
Those days, we logged in Waze with Phone Number! But now, the only way to log in is Email (or username). In fact, due to a long time did not log in, naturally password also forgotten (if I'm correct, we do not need password while log in those days, phone number is everything).

So, since I "can't remember the password", then I clicked on Forgot Password & filled up the email I always use! Unfortunately, no way... (I'm possible to change password & successfully to change! But it shows incorrect password while log in 🤷🏻‍♂️)

HELP:
I've already email Waze (support). But I don't think I'll get any reply from them
Could you give me a hand if any Waze users got any solutions?!

-did you check whether got left out caps lock or any signs? weird. If your email is accessible then shud be no problem logging in and reset password.

-btw, my waze i din even bother sign in. just use it as guest. not much benefit by logging in aside from dropping some comments/ chatting (which you should not be doing while driving either way)

Yup, tried & checked few times, even reset again & again the password, no luck!

I got some useful locations stored in it 😭
