May I know how / where can I find short term rentals between 1-3 months?

Typically agents will take 1 month as commission so I guess I cannot search on Propertyguru or iProperty.

I have also searched Airbnb but it's too expensive.

Looking at Klang Valley area.

You may explore on SpeedHome where listing possible for short term at higher rental rate

Speedhome, minimum 3 months but my requirement is less than 3 months.

find those motel. probably cost Rm1k below per month.

Can explore some hotels/motels:

1) Komune Living, quite expensive but easy commute and plenty food, with plenty privacy.

2) The Bed (KLCC or Fahrenheit88) capsule hotel, can rent the beds for longer term.

Find budget hotel or airbnb agent, sure can find something one.
