My vote goes to Michelin 4 ST this time around.

Which one would you guys select?

does the standard Primacy 4 differ much from 4 ST?

This is confusing even for me. Michelin has the 4 ST for selected south east asia countries including Malaysia. However in china they are going with 4 only. To be honest all sidewall comes with the 4 & I think they are basically the same now.

Got myself UC7 replacing primacy 4 and has been driving for 1000+km, i personally prefer UC7
Using size of 195/55R16 for RM 380 each
Handling and braking are quite similar but UC7 definitely way quieter than primacy 4
Was using xm2 and ne03 before primacy 4, and primacy 4 was the noisiest among these 4 tyres
Let's see if UC7 tread can last as long as primacy 4, Toyo ne03 was the worst where its tread worn out quite fast

my car originally came with UC6, but after replacing it with Primacy 4 st, I noticed the fuel consumption was not as good as before. When using UC6 the fuel consumption average is about 18.5km/l while using Primacy 4 st is about 17.6km/l. Road noise I think Primacy 4 st is better when the speed is above 100km/h.

i don't feel much difference on handling for both tyres (same car same driving habit )

maybe you have better cabin noise insulation. for me above 100km/h the wind noise already louder than tyre noise
