Jabatan tenaga kerja said can paid cash to foreign worker if obain written statement from them.....I was not wrong doing.......is law changed already?

That bangla work 9 months adi he said. Bangla wont know anything minimum wage. and employer can take advantage. if authority come then can say deduct rm100 for accommodation or foods. They start work 5am. They like bangla over local because bangla more cincai, can work long hour without OT.

my old place use to pay cash to illegal workers using money gotten from selling scarp metal, means their salary every month not fixed, can drag up to weeks for salary, sometimes suddenly every other week got payment.....

i believe this is to excape paying taxes, EPF and such......

From a quick google... It seems that the employment act was amended in 2012.

All salaries through bank account now.

Previously, it was the opposite, salaries must be in legal tender ie cash. If through bank account, hr must hand out an approval form for the staff to sign. As previously in ancient times, where got atm everywhere so convenient like nowadays.

Plantation workers and those working in rural places having to take one day no pay leave to go to town and to the bank to withdraw money.

So different nowadays with ewallet and debit card.

In your situation, you must get your workers to sign an approval form.
