Based on the sentiment within the club, I doubt Ten Hag is near a sacking decision.
Biggest factor of course will be Sir Jim's direction after taking over the footballing side of things, with the new CEO and DOF. If at all, decision will be taken at that point in time.

I dont think Ralf benched CR7, he defo had issues with the pressing tho, sometimes using Fred as the pressing outlet. CR7 wanted to a manager to play Cavani with him. That was my issue with all of this nonsense larh, its not as if other players are pressing. In fact CR7 1st season back, Rashford was completely useless, no output is ok (not really) but my man looked so disinterested and CR7 was tracking back more than him.

Either way that chapter is closed now. As a CR7 fan i am glad he did return, i would say he had a decent first season and i enjoyed a lot of the goals. New manager didnt want to facilitate him, and he throw tantrum, it is what it is. CR7 was always going to be a stop gap because of his age.

Getting Weghorst was laughable, and loads of clowns even here were lauding his "pressing" LOL. What a dogshit player, his pressing was mainly from behind the ball, so pointless, cant believe a player of that caliber was ever allowed at this club. I am actually more annoyed with how ETH handled Sancho more, because regardless of his supposed attitude, he was one for the future, and now he is wasting his time and ours as well.

I am torn about sacking ETH. To be honest if we don’t fix the structure of the club, there is no point in rolling the dice again. I’d say I and the rest of the 99.99% of fans are going to say the wrong thing at the wrong time because we support from emotion and love.

What we need is someone that the Manager reports to either a good CEO or sporting director or board that actually works. Only this accountability can ensure we do the right decisions. Asking the fans whether a manager should be sacked or not is like asking the average person in the street what they think about the weather.

Blunder, like it or not, it was probably a tactical error to go toe-to-toe with Liv. Can't remember much of the game, but yes, DDG was error prone last season, and his passing from the back was horrendous. But at the least, DDG did play his part in doing his goalkeeping duties.

Onana, I understand give him time and so on, but his distribution is also a suspect and the team that has been assembled is not suited to play from the back.

So yes, DDG would need to be replaced sooner or later, but taking him out without having the suitable players to adopt to the idea of playing from the back is a mistake. Martinez and probably Shaw may be ideal, when both were out, we can clearly see the 2nd/3rd choice cannot play what ETH wants to implement.
