Can somebody elaborate on the nutritional / health differences between the two, if any?

If Shandong better? If yes, why? What are these called in English?

Menglembu ones taste better.

Shandong nuts are bigger than Menglembu but tasteless in comparison

Menglembu used to taste better but now their nuts are itsy bitsy, I have bought Shangdong ones which are so much bigger and taste is better now

Yes I know menglembu is better. Shandong is bigger and a bit softer.

I'm just wondering if that's it, or there are health/nutritional benefits to eating the Shandong one.

Funny enough I always hated Shandong but recently eaten it and it's not as bad (or just a sign of growing up).
